All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
A 12.5% service and processing fee applies on all cancellations.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after delivery.

Should you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the original cost of shipping incurred by The Hydroponics Store.
A non-refundable dollar amount is
- Hydroponic Kits – $129 each
- All Other Items – $33
Your refund will be processed 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned item
Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested or directly refunded via the original mode of payment (ie your credit card or Paypal account)
You can return your product anytime within 15 days for an exchange or refund (not including the product packing and handling fee) subject to the following conditions.
- Items must be shipped back to the Regional Office & Warehouse (see address at bottom of this page)
- Must be the original packaging & original condition as the item was delivered – uncut and unused.
- All package inclusions must be returned.
- Must not be used, marked, scratched, cut or damaged.
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
